What will initial contact involve?

This will generally involve the following:

• A brief telephone discussion

• An initial meeting

• A recommendation as to the way forward and either:-

an agreement for regular counselling including time, regularity, fees and duration

a referral to other services

FEES

My standard fee is currently £40 per session. This is reviewed annually. I do allow some space in my practise for people who cannot pay the full fee.
